The thunk maps the window handle (HWND) to the ATL CWindow-derived object. 
For each subclassed window, a thunk is generated on the fly, with the object address (pThis) hardcoded to replace the HWND parameter. 


The object gains access to the HWND through pThis->m_hWnd.
