Well, I don't really know what is going on. I uploaded wtl90_4060.zip, it
now says that it is on 22 mirrors, but download link is still not
available... I don't know why.

It is the same for the readme.txt file, but its content is already
displayed in the folder.

I hope this will be fixed soon.
