Visual Studio 2103 Community Edition contains everything that is needed to
build WTL projects. No special settings are needed, other than adding WTL
include folder.
You need to change WINVER in atdafx.h to at least 0x0500 since ATL12 (that
comes with VS2013) assumes WINVER of 0x0500, but doesn't warn you if it's
not. HMONITOR is defined only for WINVER >- 0x0500.
Also note that for WTLExplorer you need to comment out two includes,
shlobj.h and shlguid.h, that were included before atlbase.h in atdafx.h.
They are not needed now.
