Wlandscape immer offline

Hallo und guten Morgen,

Vielleicht können Sie mir helfen? Es gelingt mir nicht, trotz vieler 
Bemühungen, mit Wlandscape online zu gehen. Es erscheint stets nur das 
rote Offline-Icon rechts unten. Ich benütze eine Ashampoo Firewall, habe 
sie auch schon abgeschaltet, alles ohne Erfolg.
Was mache ich falsch?
