Release notes for 4.18.6
========================
Bugfix release on the 4.18 branch in order to fix a regression.

With thunar 4.18.5 a regression was introduced: Permanent high CPU load
on list view. This release just reverts the offending commit.

Sorry for the trouble xfce packagagers and users!
