Yes, but only during resizing - again, though, the code is trivial to
port to other locations, as long as there's a gtk event loop in the
window moving code (or the keyboard resizing code, etc).  I simply
did not implement these because if there isn't sufficient interest in
my patch I won't ever use them ;-)
