How to copy old terminal settings to the new XML ones?

I need to copy my terminal settings (colours in particular) from the
old format in ~/.config/xfce4/terminal/terminalrc to the new format in
.config/xfce4/xfconf/xfce-perchannel-xml/xfce4-terminal.xml.  Is there
a simple way of doing this or will I have to just copy each setting
manually?
