Atril's quality is better, but still poor. In addition to the question of quality, there is also the question of expectations. Should you be able to use the viewer to quickly fill out the PDF of an authority? As a viewer for invoices and the like, Atril and MuPDF are excellent, and with MuPDF there is no question of GTK vs Qt theme. But for displaying ebooks, comics etc. I would use something else.
