Re: Screen saver fails to start

Have you tried to see if Screensaver is inhibited by something ?
Open d-spy/d-feet . search for : org.xfce.ScreenSaver . click on the
resault. navigate the tree to
/interfaces/org.xfce.ScreenSaver/methods/GetInhibitors() then click
Execute. if the results shows something like (['Application="libxfce4ui";
Since="2024-10-30T22:49:32+02"; Reason="Inhibit requested";'],) , that
means ScreenSaver is inhibited by the application in the
"Application=APPLICATION_NAME" string
