In Arch Linux, /usr/bin/xfce4-find-cursor is provided by the xfce4-settings package. Then in Settings -> Accessibility -> Mouse, enable Show location of pointer on keypress. On pressing the keyboard shortcut, red radiating circles will be displayed where the mouse pointer is.
