Updates to the handling of the X server RGB database: - Ignore space, '-' and '_' characters as well as case when matching colour names, and remove the unnecessary duplicates in rgb.txt. - Allow a built-in copy of the RGB database to be included in the X servers as a fallback for when the rgb.txt file cannot be found. - Remove support for DBM-compiled RGB database files.
