Unfortunately I need to re-calibrate the TouchScreen without having to
restart the XServer or X-based applications that are running.
1. I read that this could be acheived by switching VTs.
2. I also read Keith's discussion about the X exposing an API to edit the
configuration file and sending an EV_RST event to the device to force the X
to use the recalibrated values. (

touchscreen driver works.
