A correction for xf86cfg Cards database

There's a tweak for xf86cfg Cards database at 
http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=ports/32121

I wonder if such change still makes sense to be submitted to Bugzilla or is 
xf86cfg rather deprecated wrt newer autoconfigure methods.
