How to patch XFree4.3.0.1 to XFree4.3.0.2

Dear X friends:
I try to patch XFree4.3.0.1 to XFree4.3.0.2 by patching the
4.3.0.1-4.3.0.2.diff.gz
The command I used is "gzip -d < 4.3.0.1-4.3.0.2.diff.gz |patch -p0 -E", but
it says it cannot find the file to patch in line 5. Below are the messages I
occur,

can't find file to patch at input line 5 Perhaps you used the wrong -p or
--strip option?
