That .spec file applies additional changes, some of which are no longer 
needed.  In this case, it's patch 40002 that fails, not the 
4.6.99.[26->27] diff.

In any case, XFree86 cannot be expected to support any additional changes 
made to its sources.  So, you're on your own on this one.
