                            Patch #264 - 2010/10/14

     * replace  a  null-pointer  check  with  check  for  empty  string in
       xtermOpenFont,  to  eliminate  a  warning  message  from patch #263
       changes.
     * build-fix  for  patch #263 when toolbar is not configured (patch by
       Chris Clayton) (reports by Robby Workman, David Wood).
