                            Patch #406 - 2025/12/21

     * add   option   -emoji_width   and   resource  emojiWidth  to  allow
       enabling/disabling  VS15/VS16  feature  introduced  in  patch  #404
       (Debian #1123509). Also, work around display issues by changing the
       filler character for VS16.
