    No, that is the Xinerama extension.

    I'm not sure what the question is.  The thing most closely resembling
GDI in XFree86 would be XAA, and that actually has little to do with
XDrawPoint(), etc... which are client library functions.

    Perhaps if you were to explain what you needed to do rather
than what you think you are looking for.
