Just because some antispam nazi says so?
No thank you, I'm perfectly capable to manage my mail server on my 
"subscriber" IP, for no other reasons that a) I can and b) I will give 
myself a much better mail service than my ISP and c) I don't have to 
explain my reasons, an IP is an IP is an IP.
Spammers are rendering email less useful (by decreasing the signal to 
noise ratio and wasting bandwith), MAPS & friends are rendering email 
less useful (by imposing arbitrary restrictions and blocking legitimate 
email), so Spammers and MAPS & friends are in the same boat in my book.
