Xfree CVS experience

Primary, thanks a lot for your hard and very good job ;).

Now my problem.. I tried recently (today) a xfree-cvs on a glibc 2.3.1/gcc 
3.2.1 system.
I own a ati radeon mobility m7 LW.
I tried with and without dri.

With dri, i have a blankscreen, and nothing appear in the screen, the box is 
locked, no keyboard so reset is the only way. I attached my 
XFree86.0.log-dri.

Without dri, X starts but i have a lot problem. 
First my keyboard seems to not respond to the Alt key, so ctrl+alt+backspace 
is impossible, nor alt+Fx... :o/
The new cusor is very beautiful, but when it switch to another cursor i see 
some times a little box, representing a sort of screen corruption, around the 
cursor appearing and disappearing very fast... The problem was not there in a 
2 month old cvs...
