xkb, console switch, kill server, etc.

  Hi,

  I was trying to understand a bit more the xkb code, but just to allow
people involved to know, it seens to not yet be working as correctly.

  For example, I have used:

XkbModel "pc105"
XkbLayout "us_intl"

for a long time, but now, I need to patch xkb/rules/xfree86

and change:

 pc101          us_intl =       us(pc101)+us_intl

to:

 $pcmodels      us_intl =       us(%m)+us_intl

  I think others may be having a similar problem.

  I also patched xf86cfg, as it is not always succeding in calls to
XkbGetKeyboard, probably due to configurations like the one I was
using.
