[PATCH] luit(1) crashes (Bus error).

Hi!

Here is a one line fix to xc/programs/luit/iso2022.c file, the problem is
obvious:  the is->outbuf_count field is not initialized. It crashes later,
when trying to dereference is->outbuf[is->outbuf_count++].
