don't be naive.  my own email server was listed in ORDB since it
allowed

  <user%domain@mydomain@>

as a valid address for relaying to user@domain.  (my server did reject
the case without the trailing @ properly.)  sure, it was annoying to
have my server listed for twelve hours, but I'm thankful that I was
alerted to this error before my host had been used as a massive spam
relay.

ORDB performs _many_ tests like this.  I resubmitted the host
yesterday, and it is still wide open.
