you can re-run 'make' in BUILD directory, and when 'make' is done (no errors)- 
run
$rpm -bi --short-circuit  <specfile>
if install session succeded - run
$rpm -bb --short-circuit  <specfile>
and you will get binary RPMs.

Than delete BUILD directory (if it's not needed for further rebuilds/updates), 
and that's it.

Tested on Mandrake 8.2, works very nice!
