Hi, i'am using Xfree 4.2.1 (recentrly updated to see if the problem went away with this) and mainly KDE 3.0.3 The thing is that; after a time o _perfect_ work of the X server; it, without any kind of predictability reboots. Well, the true is that in many cases, the reboot cames when you push a key, or click with the mous; but the misterious is that it reboots randomly. And, besides, it leaves no log after; it simply "choff" and the kdm interface came up inmediatly (just as i have just started the box) The thing is a AMD athlon XP+ 1700 with 128 Mb Ram and the Video Graphics Adapter is a Trident Microsystem Cyberblade/i1 embeded in the main board. I have looker for IRQ conflicts; problems with the config file (which i attach) and i have no idea about what's happening; any help would be much appreciated. By The way... With Xfree 4.1.0 (debian's standard) the Xserver doesn't starts at all. :-? (Maybe a problem with the chip embeded ?)
