Hello, I was wondering if anyone could give me some insight into fixing my locale problem. Whenever I load a program (such as xfontsel, xman, etc), I get locale warnings such as: Warning: locale not supported by Xlib, locale set to C Warning: X locale modifiers not supported, using default Warning: app-defaults file not properly installed. Warning: Unable to load any usable fontset When I was running X 4.2.1 there were no problems, but then I upgraded to fontconfig (using Xrender, Xft2, and fontconfig from cvs), and I started getting these Warnings. Along with the warnings, the programs that give them have their interface all messed up. xfontsel has its menu titles replaced by fieldn (for 0 <= n <= 13), and no text is rendered. In other programs I get similar errors. Programs and libs that dont use xlib (gtk+/pango) all work without problems, so I have no idea what to do. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
