It shouldn't have been accepted in the first place if they have this 
serious problem. This is NOT to say that Syriac is not to be supported, 
but there are a lot of code points for Syriac fonts to use for 
presentation forms and it's very hard to understand why they use code 
points for Greek instead of PUA code points for presentation forms. BTW, 
what's the format of Syriac fonts included in XFree86? Does anyone know 
application programs that rely on this particular code point assignment 
of Syriac presentation forms?
