I agree whole-heartedly with Mark. Until now I'd assumed/hoped that Keith had been trying to raise this internally, and that he had eventually given up and escalated the problem to the next level*. Mark, as a member of the core team, should have been privy to those discussions, so if Mark his suggesting that they never happened I'm disappointed in Keith, and I understand if the two Davids are also disappointed. -- Andrew C Aitchison
