The evidence is not locked away anywhere. Keith did not expressed
his concerns in any forum I was on. Not on public XFree86 lists,
not on the core list, not to me privately. I did not hear of his
concerns until after hearing of the immiment fork. The evidence
is that there is no evidence of Keith trying to solve these problems
within XFree86, only a request for replacement of the current
governance of XFree86 using these problems as arguements in support
of that action. All that the private emails will show is that Keith
denied the plans of a fork when directly asked, and also that
some core members were truely baffled by his course of action
when evidence to the contrary was submitted.

I wish we could agree that problems with the way people can
contribute to the XFree86 project are the problems we are trying
to solve. Those are solvable problems and ones I would like to
get solved. But even reasonable people usually do not respond well
to threats.
