Said hacker also believes wholesale change isnt the cure or the concern.
We should also seperate "Keith wants to do cool stuff" from the driver
maintenance problem. The latter is a lot simpler to fix up. Give the
driver maintainers CVS access, kick the crap out of them if they touch
code that isnt their driver without approval.

Keith's stuff is trickier because Keith can comprehensively break
everything as well as deliver wonders.
