I Need Help !!!!!

Hello everyone,
I am using RedHat 9.0 with XFree86 4.3.0
I am using 3dlabs Wildcat VP 560 ( not in the List )
So I use VESA(Generic) driver.
And my monitor is Samsung 753DF ( Can be detected automatically )

In the RedHat, I am free to change any resolution mode,
but no matter what mode I use, I can't change the refresh rate.
It is alway 60Hz, even it displays to be "75".

Is it the problem of the card or the card?
Can anyone teach me how to solve the problem? I am nearly Blind !!!!
