I dont think you are measuring anything useful. Egbert has done huge
amounts of work for XFree86, he's not involved in the politics and in
"big name" stuff.

So I'm better known than Egbert (and also have more common name
elements). Being well known has nothing to do with running XFree86. 
Doing the work does, and in that are Egbert v Alan lines of code is
probably the inverse of the google numbers.
