Unfortunately,

Changes made to unify some of the Xv code has caused the backwards
compatibility to be affected now, so these modules will no longer work
with stock 4.3.0.

I've bumped the video driver version number so this gets trapped, but
I'll have to upload a new XFree86 binary to go with these drivers now.

I'll do that now for those brave enough to replace their XFree86 server
binary too.
