In general, both client-server model and client-side-library model
have pros and cons.

For example, memory footprint vs CPU consumption; Client-server model
can optimize memory footprint better, and client-library model can
optimize CPU consumption better.

STSF supports both client-server model and client-side-library model,
and is configurable, so a user can choose whichever the configuration
fit better with user's environment/needs.
