If you are using red Hat Linux 7.3, the drivers came with the 
operating system to begin with.

Radeon 7500 is supported in XFree86 4.2.0 and later with both 
2D and 3D acceleration.  Red Hat Linux 7.3, 8.0, and 9 all ship 
with XFree86 releases supporting 2D and 3D acceleration on Radeon 
7500.

Not sure why exactly you are searching for something externally 
which already is a built in integrated part of the system you are 
using to start with.
