I am Paul Onah and I work as a director in charge of auditing with the Fortune Bank of Nigeria Plc. After a close and long watch and monitoring, I discovered that a late contractor and foreigner with the Federal Government Dr. Michael Frank who died some years ago had a closing balance of $23.5M until his death.
