Backing store and new OS X feature "Expose'"

For those of you who have not seen this, the next version of OS X
(Panther) has a neat feature called Expose' which seems really nice
and is made easier by their full backing store and 3d. They have keys
which allow you to see rearranged and shrunk versions of several
windows at once to find the window you want. Check out the quicktime

It's a neat idea. I think the UNIX/X answer to this has been virtual
desktops for a long time, but this seems like an interesting an
innovative solution which might be easier for some users to manage.

I know this isn't entirely on-topic, but since there was quite a bit
of discussion about backing store, I figured I would point out this
interesting application where doing it was really useful.
