Not so sure, he is asking about a feature (the Rotation part of RandR),
which has not been implemented yet in 4.3.0, and asks if it would be
implemented in 4.4.0, or more generally what are the plans for it.

This corresponds well to the xfree86-forum topic of discussion about the
future of XFree86, both from the diplomatical/political side, as well as
the technical one. Especially since, if i remember well, the randr
thingy was a hot debated and controversial thing back then.

This is why i have not responded to his question, i usually respond to
the offtopic questions and redirect the questioner to the right topic.
Most of the recent errors came from google searches still, but they are
less since the mailing-list documentation was changed.
