so alex is this what you are referring to?  there is a pdf version too, but 
i don't do pdf.  i haven't
manifestedly agreed to those terms.

so i 've read this and i think you're wrong because there are license 
alternatives to linux and the GPL.
net, open and freebsd all exist for those who won't agree to the click-wrap 
terms of the GPL or aren't
you familiar with them?  put http://...bsd.org  and interchange the first 
three letters and you can
see if you agree with them instead.
