Yeah, and the if Bush, in its incarnation as the mighty leader of the
free world say jump in the ravine, we will all blindly follow :))

Sorry, but the world doesn't stop at the US border, and also i think not
everyone is an us legal system expert, so clarification is good, be it
only to stop some ignorant slashdot readers to make misinterpretation of
it and raise a ruckuss because of it, especially given the small cost
involved (around three words i guess).
