While it might be possible, I don't see how that would make anybody happy.

One of the significant features of the GPL is that noone can modify
a GPL package/project/product and make a binary only release.

The distinguishing feature of the MIT/XFree86 whatever licence, is
that you can do exactly that. As I understand it many unix vendors
have used this feature to include an Xserver in their distributions
for well over a decade.

In this context, a dual licence might be possible, but everyone
would feel that the principle of "their" licence was being lost.
