That's just nasty FSF's propaganda and disinformation. It's 
absolutely LEGAL [no court ever ruled that it isn't legal,
to begin with] to link the GPL'd software [even without any 
"GPL exceptions" on the GPL'd code side] with XFree86 under 
its new license. FSF is bluffing. Shame on them.
