How could it stop dual licencing ? 

A dual licence is code that is acceptable either under one or the other
licence, it causes problems when receiving patches, but i guess that
someone changing my work should have courtesy of respecting my
licencing wish, and submit the patches under the dual licence also.

Or else he can take the code, and fork it somewhere else, and chose one
of the licences only.
