In several meetings in Europe this year, I have become convinced that we 
must more effectively internationalize participation in the X stewardship. 
In part this is because of the importance of secure standards to support the 
EU's interest in promoting open source (and Linux) usage. Participation in 
the ISO meeting should certainly be consdiered.
