In order for those fixes to get into XFree86 from the DRI trunk, someone on the DRI team will have to create a unified diff of the changes, and either submit it as a patch to the XFree86 patches list, or pass it to Kevin Martin. Depending on the size and breadth of change, it may be considered suitable for the stable branch, or it may only go into the trunk. -- Mike A. Harris
