locale.alias for ko_KR.EUC-KR

Could you commit the following patch (to locale.alias) as well?
Although I don't use ko_KR.EUC-KR locale so often these days (having
switched to UTF-8 locale), it's one of things I have to 'fix' when I
install Linux on a new computer. It's so trivial that I didn't bother
to file a bug at bugzilla.
