I want to use XIM_STR_CONVERSION stuff for my program, but XIM_STR_CONVERSION
message handler is not implemented in IMdkit which is used by my xim
server. So I try to implement the handler but I don't know what is the
correct implementation.

Let me know reference xim server which is support XIM_STR_CONVERSION message.
