I probably see these characters differently than you typed them do to email 
encoding. However, I recommend looking at the Turkish keyboard layout and the 
XKB documentation.

under /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/xkb/symbols/pc or /etc/X11/xkb/symbols/pc
