The canadian multilingual spec is pre-latin9 and pre-€.

So it's missing Œ/œ and the €, I hope they update their spec soon.

But they already do lots of neat things :
- end of the artificial azerty/qwerty divide
- proper accented keys É/é, À/à...
etc
