about bugs in xlib nls files

Hi, there.

I reprot 4 misuses in nls related files in previous mail. Following is my confirmation on these issues:
 1. zh_CN.gbk locale XLC_LOCALE file bugs
     As Ivan mentioned in responding mail, already reported and fixed by SU Yong.
 2. zh_HK.big5hkscs locale XLC_LOCALE file bugs
     I can't test these possible bugs. May anyone using this locale confirm and fix it?
 3. zh_CN.gb18030 locale XLC_LOCALE file bug
     Just a typo mistake, the "ISO10646-1" charset is wrongly typed as "iso10646-1"(in low case). The bug may cause some tricky behavoir under certain circumstance. Because this locale is not include in XFree86's official version, I think every distro provides  gb18030 support package should correct it individually. 
 4. useless contents in locale.dir, locale.alias and compose.dir
     I have filed a bug report in Bugzilla. (http://bugs.xfree86.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1373)
